Fyoulink API Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026-07-18
Welcome to Fyoulink API (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (these "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and the operator of Fyoulink API governing your use of the Service. Before registering for, accessing, or using the Service, please read and fully understand the entirety of these Terms, in particular the provisions concerning disclaimers, limitation of liability, payment and refunds, and service modification and termination.
By registering an account, creating an API Key, initiating an API call, or otherwise using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound in full by these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
Unless otherwise indicated by context, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
1.1 "the Service" means the third-party AI large-model API relay and acceleration service provided by Fyoulink API through its official website at https://www.fyoulink.com and its API base URL at https://www.fyoulink.com/v1, including its website, administrative dashboard, interfaces, documentation, and related functionality.
1.2 "Upstream Provider" means the actual provider or rights holder of the AI large language model(s) relayed or accelerated by the Service (for example, Anthropic). No affiliation, authorization, agency, or partnership relationship of any kind exists between the Service and any Upstream Provider.
1.3 "User" means any natural person, legal entity, or other organization that registers for, accesses, or uses the Service.
1.4 "Account" means the credential and record created within the Service, used for identification and service usage, after a User registers with and verifies an email address.
1.5 "API Key" means the key string, prefixed with sk-, generated through the dashboard and used to authenticate and identify the source of API calls.
1.6 "Credit/Balance" means the account funding balance obtained by a User through top-ups, used to offset the cost of API calls.
1.7 "Input/Output Content" means the prompts, data, and instructions sent by a User through the API (Input), and the text or other data returned by the model (Output).
1.8 "Token" means the basic unit used for model billing and context-length measurement, comprising both input and output components.
2. Description of the Service (Independent Third-Party Relay and Aggregated Forwarding)
2.1 Fyoulink API is an independently operated, third-party AI model API relay and aggregated-forwarding service that provides developers with API access to the Claude family of large language models. The function of the Service is to provide unified access, authentication, routing, aggregated forwarding, acceleration, and stability optimization for upstream model interfaces. The Service does not itself train, deploy, own, or control any upstream model; model output is generated by the Upstream Provider, and the Service makes no warranty regarding, and assumes no responsibility for, such output.
2.2 Important Notice: No affiliation, authorization, agency, partnership, or endorsement relationship of any kind exists between Fyoulink and Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other model provider. Names and trademarks such as "Claude" and "Anthropic" belong to their respective rights holders. Any reference to such names in these Terms or in the Service's documentation is solely for identification and descriptive purposes regarding compatibility, and does not indicate any partnership or authorization relationship.
2.3 The Service offers two interface formats for Users to choose from as needed:
- Native Anthropic format:
/v1/messages;
- OpenAI-compatible format:
/v1/chat/completions.
2.4 The Service supports mainstream clients and SDKs, including but not limited to Claude Code, the official Anthropic SDK, the OpenAI SDK, and direct calls via cURL.
2.5 The Service provides the full Claude family of models (for example, claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929, among others); when the appropriate beta request header is supplied, it supports an extended context of up to approximately 1M (one million) Tokens. The Service does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular model, version, or feature: the list of available models and their capabilities may change as a result of adjustments made by Upstream Providers, and the Service reserves the right to add, discontinue, rename, replace, or otherwise adjust the models and features it offers, with the dashboard's actual display controlling.
2.6 The default concurrency limit for the Service is 5; Users may request an adjustment based on their selected plan or by contacting customer support.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration and Activation: Users must complete registration using true, accurate, and complete email information and must activate their account via an email verification code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and must promptly update it upon any change.
3.2 Capacity: You represent that you possess the full civil capacity required to enter into and perform these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have obtained full authorization from that organization to do so.
3.3 One Account Per User: Each User may register and hold only one account. An account and its API Key(s) may be used only by you (or the organization you represent); transferring, selling, lending, sharing, or authorizing any third party to use them in any form is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account found to be in violation.
3.4 API Key Safekeeping: Your API Key is an important credential for accessing the Service. You must keep your API Key secure and must not disclose, lend, resell, or share it with any unauthorized third party in any manner. All calls and charges made using your account or API Key are deemed to be your own acts, and you are responsible for them accordingly, unless you can demonstrate that they resulted from a fault of the Service. Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your API Key are borne by you.
3.5 Security Incidents: If you discover that your API Key has been leaked, your account has been compromised, or any unauthorized use has occurred, you must immediately reset your key via the dashboard and notify us. We will provide reasonable assistance, but we are not responsible for losses incurred prior to such notification.
3.6 Account Compliance: You must not obtain accounts or credit through malicious registration, bulk registration, impersonation of another person's identity, or similar means. We reserve the right to verify, restrict, or deactivate any account exhibiting anomalous behavior.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You undertake to use the Service in a lawful and compliant manner, and you are responsible for the consequences of all Input Content you submit through the Service and all Output Content generated as a result.
4.2 Compliance with Upstream Policies: When using the Service to access upstream models, you must simultaneously comply with the official usage policies, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and related terms of the applicable Upstream Provider (such as Anthropic). Any change to an Upstream Provider's policies applies equally to your use of the Service.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct: You must not use the Service to engage in any of the following, including but not limited to:
- (a) any act that violates applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements;
- (b) generating or disseminating content that is unlawful, infringing, violent, terroristic, pornographic, related to gambling or fraud, defamatory, or otherwise seriously contrary to public order and good morals;
- (c) generating or assisting in the generation of malicious code or cyberattack tools, or engaging in intrusion, sabotage, or unauthorized access to computer systems or data;
- (d) infringing upon another party's intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, reputational rights, or other lawful interests;
- (e) processing another person's personal information or sensitive data without a lawful basis;
- (f) attempting to bypass, circumvent, disrupt, or evade the security mechanisms, rate limits, billing systems, or authentication systems of the Service or of any Upstream Provider;
- (g) making requests to the Service beyond a reasonable scope through automated means, or otherwise jeopardizing the stability or availability of the Service;
- (h) without our prior written consent, reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the Service, presenting the Service as your own proprietary service, or misleadingly implying an official relationship with any Upstream Provider;
- (i) using model output in high-risk scenarios that could result in significant harm to an individual's person, legal standing, finances, or health, without adequate human review and risk assessment.
4.4 Content Responsibility: The Service does not proactively review, endorse, or guarantee the quality of Input or Output Content relayed through it. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; you are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and bearing the consequences of your use of such output.
4.5 Handling of Violations: For any violation of these Terms or of an Upstream Provider's policies, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to take measures including warnings, rate-limiting, suspension or termination of service, and account deactivation; you bear any resulting losses, and any credit already consumed will not be refunded.
5. Payment, Top-Ups, and Refund Rules
5.1 Prepayment and Source of Funds: The Service operates on a prepaid (top-up before use) basis, at a top-up rate of 1 RMB = 1 USD of credit. You represent that the funds used for top-ups are derived from a lawful and legitimate source, and you must not use unlawful funds or engage in money laundering or other illegal activity; your prepaid account balance represents service-consumption credit only, is not a deposit, and does not bear interest.
5.2 Billing Method: The Service bills based on Token usage (the sum of input Tokens and output Tokens), at a model rate of 1:1, matching the official pricing of the referenced model. Unit prices may differ across models, as reflected in real-time dashboard displays and deduction records.
5.3 Balance and Suspension: Charges for API calls are deducted from your account balance in real time or near-real time. When your account balance is insufficient, the relevant API calls will be suspended until you complete a top-up. You are responsible for monitoring your balance and planning your usage accordingly.
5.4 Refund Rules:
- (a) Credit that has already been consumed (i.e., for which an actual call and deduction has occurred) is non-refundable;
- (b) Except where required by mandatory law or otherwise separately committed to in writing by us, unconsumed top-up balances are, in principle, not eligible for refund; should a refund genuinely be required, please contact us at email@fyoulink.com, and we will process the request, following verification, in accordance with the refund policy then in effect;
- (c) Where service is suspended or terminated due to your violation of these Terms, any remaining credit will not be refunded;
- (d) Call consumption resulting from upstream fluctuations, network issues, or your own configuration errors, none of which are attributable to the Service, does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5.5 Billing Disputes: If you dispute a deduction record, you should contact us to reconcile it within a reasonable period after discovery (7 business days is recommended). In the absence of evidence to the contrary, our backend metering data will serve as the basis for billing.
5.6 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust billing rules and per-model unit prices based on upstream pricing, operating costs, and market conditions. Adjustments will take effect upon announcement via the official website or dashboard and will not have retroactive effect on calls that occurred before the announcement.
6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
6.1 Intellectual Property in the Service: The intellectual property rights in the Service's website, backend systems, interface design, documentation, code, and the "Fyoulink" brand identifiers belong to the Service's operator or the applicable rights holder and are protected by law. Without written permission, you must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
6.2 Third-Party Trademarks: Names, logos, and trademarks such as "Claude," "Anthropic," and "OpenAI" belong to their respective rights holders. The Service's use of such names is solely for the purpose of describing compatibility and identification; it does not constitute any claim to those trademarks, nor does it indicate any authorization or affiliation relationship.
6.3 Input and Output Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and Upstream Provider policies, you retain your rights in your own Input Content; ownership of, and permissible use of, model Output Content is governed by the relevant terms of the Upstream Provider, which you are responsible for understanding and complying with. You must ensure that you hold lawful rights to your Input Content and that its use does not infringe any third party's rights.
6.4 Feedback: If you provide us with suggestions or feedback regarding the Service, we may use it free of charge to improve the Service, without any obligation to you in connection therewith.
7. Reliance on Third Parties (Upstream Providers)
7.1 The core functionality of the Service depends on the models and interfaces provided by Upstream Providers. The Service's availability, response speed, model capability, context length, rate-limiting policies, and compliance review may be directly affected by the policies, technical status, and availability of Upstream Providers.
7.2 Upstream Changes: An Upstream Provider may adjust, restrict, or discontinue its models or interfaces, or change its pricing, policies, or safety-review rules, without prior notice. Such changes may cause corresponding features of the Service to change, be interrupted, or become unavailable; the Service assumes no liability for this, but will make reasonable efforts to adapt and to provide notice.
7.3 Upstream Review and Refusals: An upstream model may review, rate-limit, or decline to respond to (for example, by returning empty output for) particular requests based on its own safety policies. Such conduct originates with the Upstream Provider and does not constitute a fault or failure of the Service.
7.4 Pass-Through of Compliance Obligations: You understand and agree that an Upstream Provider's usage policies pass through the Service to you; your use of the Service must not cause the Service to breach any agreement between it and any Upstream Provider.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Provided "AS IS": The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, timeliness, or security.
8.2 Best-Effort Basis, No Formal SLA: Availability of the Service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute any formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). Because the Service depends on upstream and network conditions, it may experience fluctuations, latency, rate-limiting, interruptions, or maintenance.
8.3 Output Disclaimer: Model output is algorithmically generated and may contain errors, omissions, bias, or inappropriate content. The Service makes no warranty of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any output. You should not treat output as a substitute for professional advice (such as legal, medical, or financial advice), and you bear sole responsibility for the consequences of any decision made in reliance on such output.
8.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- (a) the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill), whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
- (b) in no event shall the Service's aggregate liability under these Terms and in connection with the Service exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the Service during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8.5 Force Majeure: The Service shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government action, power or network outages, Upstream Provider failures or policy changes, or cyberattacks).
8.6 The foregoing disclaimers and limitations of liability do not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
9.1 Service Changes: We reserve the right, at any time, to add, modify, optimize, or discontinue all or part of the Service's functionality, including adjusting available models, interfaces, concurrency limits, and billing rules. Material changes will be communicated via announcement on the official website or dashboard.
9.2 Suspension: We may suspend all or part of the Service to you under any of the following circumstances: (a) you violate these Terms or an Upstream Provider's policies; (b) your account presents a security risk or exhibits anomalous call activity; (c) system maintenance, upgrades, or upstream outages; (d) as required by law, regulation, or a competent authority; or (e) your account balance is insufficient.
9.3 Termination: You may stop using the Service and request account deactivation at any time. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate these Terms and close your account under any of the following circumstances: (a) you violate these Terms or applicable usage policies; (b) you engage in fraud, malicious attacks, or other unlawful conduct; (c) your conduct harms the lawful interests of the Service, an Upstream Provider, other Users, or any third party; (d) as required by law, regulation, or a competent authority; or (e) your account has had no valid activity for 180 consecutive days (an inactive account).
9.4 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of these Terms, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature are intended to survive (such as those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination. Except as otherwise required by law or separately agreed in these Terms, where termination results from your breach, any remaining credit will not be refunded.
10. Privacy and Data Processing
10.1 Scope of Collection: To provide the Service, we collect and process information necessary for that purpose, including your registered email address, API Key, call logs (such as timestamps, models used, Token usage, and status codes), top-up and deduction records, and technical data necessary to safeguard security (such as IP addresses and request characteristics).
10.2 Purpose of Use: The foregoing information is used for account management, authentication, billing, security protection, troubleshooting, service improvement, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
10.3 Processing of Input and Output Content: In the course of relaying your Input and Output Content, the Service forwards such content to the Upstream Provider. We process such content only to the extent necessary to implement the Service's functionality and for security auditing purposes; you understand that such content will also be subject to the Upstream Provider's data-processing policies. Please do not submit, in your requests, any personal information, sensitive data, or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
10.4 Data Security: We will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data security; however, given the inherent risks of the network environment, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.5 Sharing with Third Parties: Except as necessary to provide the Service (such as forwarding to an Upstream Provider), with your consent, or as required by law, we will not sell or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties.
10.6 Your Rights: To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may exercise rights to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us at email@fyoulink.com. More detailed rules regarding the processing of personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy (if any), which shall control.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules). Where mandatory provisions apply in your jurisdiction, such provisions shall govern to the extent of their mandatory application.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court having jurisdiction over the principal place of business of the Service's operator.
11.3 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect; the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be construed or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects its original intent while remaining lawful and effective.
12. Modification of Terms
12.1 We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time in response to changes in law and regulation, Upstream Provider policy, or business needs. Revised Terms will be published via announcement on the official website or dashboard, with the update date noted.
12.2 Unless otherwise specified, revised Terms take effect as of the date of publication. If you continue to use the Service after such an update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and may request that your account be deactivated.

Fyoulink API Usage Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1 This Usage Policy (the "Policy") applies to all registered users, developers, and their end users (collectively, "Users" or "you") who access or use Fyoulink API (branded as "Fyoulink API," official website https://www.fyoulink.com, API base URL https://www.fyoulink.com/v1). Fyoulink API is an independent, third-party AI model API relay and aggregation service that provides users with access to Claude-series models through two interface types: /v1/messages (Anthropic-native format) and /v1/chat/completions (OpenAI-compatible format).
1.2 By registering an account, generating an API Key, or invoking this Service in any manner, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to any provision of this Policy, you must stop using this Service immediately.
1.3 Dual Compliance Obligation. When using this Service, you must simultaneously comply with both of the following categories of rules, which apply cumulatively and are equally mandatory:
- (a) Applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to all relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and regulatory requirements of your location, the location of the servers, and the location of end users; and
- (b) The official policies of the upstream model provider, in particular the official Usage Policy published by Anthropic, as updated from time to time. Because requests forwarded through this Service are ultimately processed by the upstream model, any conduct prohibited under the upstream policy is likewise prohibited under this Service.
1.4 This Policy, together with the other agreements you accept when using this Service (such as the Terms of Service and billing rules), forms the complete agreement between you and Fyoulink API. If any conflict arises among these documents, the stricter provision — the one more favorable to compliance and safety — shall prevail.
1.5 Fyoulink API reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to upstream policy, or operational needs. Any revised version takes effect upon publication on the official website or console. Continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Permitted Uses
Subject to full compliance with the obligations set out in Section 1, we encourage and support the use of this Service for responsible, lawful, and transparent purposes, including but not limited to:
- 2.1 Software Development and Programming Assistance: code generation, code review, debugging, refactoring, technical documentation writing, unit test authoring, and other engineering practices;
- 2.2 Content Creation and Copywriting: articles, marketing copy, creative writing, multilingual translation and localization, content polishing and rewriting (provided the output remains truthful and non-misleading);
- 2.3 Data Analysis and Academic Research: data organization, information extraction, literature review, research assistance, and experimental exploration within the bounds of compliance;
- 2.4 Education and Learning: knowledge Q&A, tutoring, generation of teaching materials, language learning, and similar scenarios;

- 3.4.5 Reselling, repackaging, or redistributing this Service in any manner without implementing compliance obligations at least as strict as those set out in this Policy.
4. API Key Security Requirements
4.1 The API Key (beginning with sk-) is the sole credential used to identify you, calculate billing (top-up credit at a rate of 1 RMB = 1 USD, model rates matching the official 1:1 price, prepaid deduction based on token usage), and authorize access. It must be kept secure at all times. The API Key is for use only by you personally or within your authorized organization, and must never be shared, lent, resold, or disclosed to any third party in any form.
4.2 You must never embed an API Key in plaintext in client-side code, mobile applications, browser front-end scripts, public code repositories, public documentation, social media, or any other location where it could be obtained by others. It is recommended that Keys be stored and invoked securely, such as through server-side environment variables or a key management service (KMS / Secrets Manager).
4.3 If you discover or suspect that an API Key has been leaked, you must immediately reset (rotate) the Key in the console and notify us promptly.
4.4 You bear sole responsibility for any Key leakage resulting from your own inadequate safeguarding, improper exposure, or improper authorization, and for all resulting API calls, charges, and losses; Fyoulink API assumes no liability in this regard. Any request made using your API Key is deemed to be an act authorized by you personally.
5. Content Moderation and Enforcement
5.1 Right to Monitor. To maintain the security, stability, and compliance of the Service, Fyoulink API reserves the right to monitor and review usage activity, including but not limited to the necessary technical detection and manual review of request frequency, calling patterns, traffic anomalies, and content characteristics. We may cooperate with the security and compliance mechanisms of the upstream provider in carrying out such detection.
5.2 Escalating Enforcement Measures. For violations of this Policy, we will take one or more of the following measures depending on the nature, circumstances, and severity of harm involved. Except in urgent situations or where otherwise required by law, enforcement generally follows a graduated approach from lighter to heavier measures; however, we reserve the right to impose the most severe measure directly in the case of serious violations:
- Warning: issuing a notice of violation and requiring correction within a specified period;
- Rate-Limiting and Downgrading: reducing the account's concurrency, rate limit, or available features;
- Service Suspension: temporarily freezing the account or API Key and suspending access to the Service, to be restored, at our discretion, once review or correction is complete;
- Permanent Termination (No Refund of Balance): for serious or repeated violations, permanently terminating the account and Service, with no refund of any remaining top-up balance;
- Report to Law Enforcement: reporting conduct suspected of being unlawful or criminal to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by law, and cooperating with any investigation by providing necessary information.
5.3 Final Determination. Subject to applicable law, Fyoulink API has final authority to determine whether a violation has occurred and which measure(s) to apply, and may take the measures described above without prior notice. We may also require you to provide information relevant to an investigation of your usage.
5.4 The measures described above do not affect our right to pursue, in accordance with law, compensation from a violating user for losses caused to the platform, the upstream provider, or any third party as a result of that user's conduct.
6. Reporting Mechanism
6.1 If you discover conduct that violates this Policy, or believe that any content or account involves abuse, unlawful activity, or infringement, you are welcome to report it to us through the contact channel in the console or by emailing email@fyoulink.com.
6.2 To facilitate review, please provide as much relevant evidence and information as possible when reporting, such as the time of the incident, request characteristics, account details, and a description of the issue. For urgent reports concerning the safety of minors, please mark "Urgent" in the subject line of your email.
6.3 We will keep the content of reports and the identity of reporters confidential, and will review and act on reports within a reasonable time. We thank and encourage users to help maintain a healthy, safe, and compliant service environment. We reserve the right to pursue accountability for malicious or false reports.
7. Disclaimers

As a developer, you are responsible for your own application, your end users, the prompts you submit, the outputs generated, log retention, and content moderation. If you resell or redistribute this Service downstream, you must impose on your downstream users compliance obligations at least as strict as those set out in this Policy, and you must independently monitor for abuse and review output.
7.3 Service Provided "As Is." Availability of the Service is best-effort, and no service-level agreement (SLA) is provided. Because this Service depends on an upstream model provider, the availability, response speed, context length (supporting up to 1M context), model behavior, and output quality of the Service may fluctuate, change, or be interrupted depending on upstream conditions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
7.4 Disclaimer for Output Content. Model output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for independently judging and verifying output content, and for any decisions made, and their consequences, based on that output. Do not use output, without qualified human review, in scenarios that have a significant effect on individuals or society.
7.5 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyoulink API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Service (including service interruption, upstream fluctuations, data loss, Key leakage, or third-party conduct).

Countries and Regions Supported by Fyoulink API
Applicable Entity: Fyoulink API (official website https://www.fyoulink.com ; API base URL https://www.fyoulink.com/v1 )
Effective / Last Updated Date: 2026-07-18
1. Overview and General Principles
This "Supported Regions" policy (the "Policy") describes the availability requirements and restrictions that Fyoulink API (the "Service," "we," or "us") applies with respect to the country or region in which a user is located when providing AI model API relay/aggregation and forwarding services.
Fyoulink API is an independently operated, third-party AI model API relay/aggregation and forwarding service. It provides developers and enterprise users worldwide with API access to the Claude family of large language models, offered through both /v1/messages (the native Anthropic-compatible interface) and /v1/chat/completions (the OpenAI-compatible interface). The Service has no affiliation, authorization, agency, or partnership relationship of any kind with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other model provider; the names and trademarks "Claude," "Anthropic," "OpenAI," and similar marks belong to their respective rights holders and are used in this document solely for descriptive reference.
The Service is, in principle, open globally; however, availability is not provided uniformly across all countries and regions. Whether a user can successfully register, top up an account, and make API calls depends on a combination of the following factors:
- The country or region in which the user is located, and the billing/payment jurisdiction;
- The place of registration, controlling parties, and ultimate beneficial owners of the account holder;
- The regional policies and access requirements of upstream AI model providers;
- Applicable international sanctions, export control, and trade compliance requirements;
- The applicable laws and regulations of the user's location and of the Service's place of operation;
- Whether payment and settlement channels can operate lawfully and reliably in the relevant region;
- The results of abuse-risk and security risk-control assessments specific to a given region.
Only where the Service, payment processing, infrastructure, and the upstream supply chain can all operate lawfully and reliably will the Service make commercial API access available in the corresponding region. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and related agreements. By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this Policy; if you do not agree, please do not register for or use the Service.
2. Generally Available Regions
Provided that a region is not within the restricted scope set out in Sections 3 and 4 of this Policy, and that the preconditions of Section 1 are satisfied, the Service is generally available for access in the following countries and regions (organized by geographic area; the list below is illustrative rather than exhaustive):
2.1 Asia Pacific
Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan region, Macao SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Australia, New Zealand, and other jurisdictions that are not subject to restrictions.
2.2 Americas
The United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other unrestricted countries and regions in Latin America.
2.3 Europe
The United Kingdom, member states of the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and other unrestricted countries and regions.
2.4 Middle East & Africa
The United Arab Emirates and other countries and regions in the Middle East and Africa that are not subject to sanctions or export control restrictions.
Note: The lists above are provided solely to help you understand the general scope of the Service's availability and do not constitute a commitment or guarantee of availability in any particular region. Actual availability may be adjusted as laws and regulations, upstream provider policies, payment channels, and risk-control assessments change, without individual prior notice. If your country or region is not listed above, or if you are uncertain whether the Service is available to you, please contact email@fyoulink.com before registering or making a top-up to confirm availability.
3. Restricted or Unavailable Regions
In order to comply with applicable international sanctions, export controls, counter-terrorist-financing requirements, and upstream provider policies, the Service may withhold, suspend, or restrict provision of service to the following categories of countries, regions, and persons, and such persons or entities may not use the Service directly or indirectly:
- Countries and regions subject to sanctions imposed by resolutions of the United Nations Security Council;
- Countries, regions, and persons subject to comprehensive sanctions, embargoes, or listing (such as the Specially Designated Nationals List or the Denied Persons List) maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC);
- Countries and regions subject to sanctions measures of the European Union (EU);
- Countries and regions where upstream AI model providers expressly prohibit or restrict service;
- Regions presenting a high risk of abuse that cannot pass the Service's security risk-control assessment;
- Regions where local laws, regulations, export controls, or the Service's own compliance requirements make it inappropriate to provide service.
The restricted scope described above includes, but is not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea (Ukraine), among other regions broadly subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes.
Account holders that are controlled by, or that have a substantive connection to, a sanctioned party may be subject to additional review even where the place of registration is not among the regions listed above; the Service reserves the right to request supplementary materials, and to suspend or refuse service. The above restricted list will be dynamically adjusted as international circumstances, sanctions measures, and upstream policies change, and the Service is entitled to update it at any time without separate individual notice.
4. Regions Where Service May Be Restricted or Unable to Be Provided Stably
In addition to the prohibited scope set out in Section 3, the Service may be restricted, may have certain features unavailable, or may be unable to operate stably under the following circumstances:
- Regional restrictions imposed by upstream model providers. The Service relies on upstream model providers and their infrastructure to deliver model capabilities. If an upstream provider imposes access restrictions on certain regions based on its own policies, export controls, or scope of service availability, users in the affected region may be unable to use the Service or certain models, even if that region is not directly listed as prohibited under this Policy. Such restrictions are outside our control.
- Prohibition or restriction under local law. If the law of a given region prohibits or strictly restricts the use of overseas AI services, cross-border API calls, specific encryption technologies, or related data transfers, the Service may be unavailable or restricted in that region.
- Network and infrastructure factors. Due to cross-border network routing, regional network controls, or infrastructure conditions, access latency, stability, or success rates in certain regions may be affected.
- Compliance risk regions. For regions that we reasonably determine present elevated compliance, security, or abuse risk, we may adopt additional verification measures, limit concurrency or functionality, or decline to provide service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will operate stably or in full in every region that is not prohibited; actual availability is determined by real-world access conditions.
5. User Compliance Obligations
Regardless of the region in which you use the Service, you independently bear the following obligations:
- Truthful representation. You must truthfully provide and represent your country/region of location, the identity of your account holder, and your billing jurisdiction, among other information; you must not make false or misleading statements or conceal material information, and you must promptly update such information when it changes.
- No circumvention of regional restrictions. You must not use a VPN, proxy server, anonymization network, false declaration of location, or any other technical or non-technical means to evade or bypass the regional restrictions, identity verification, or sanctions screening established by this Policy, by upstream providers, or by applicable law; nor may you relay, act as an intermediary for, or redistribute the Service on behalf of a restricted region or restricted person.
- Compliance with law and upstream policy. You are solely responsible for confirming and continuously complying with the applicable laws and regulations of your location and of all relevant jurisdictions (including those relating to AI usage, data protection and privacy, export controls and sanctions, and content regulation), and for complying with Anthropic's official Usage Policies and the terms of other relevant model providers; you must not engage in conduct that such policies prohibit.
- No restricted end use. You must not use the Service for any end use or end user prohibited by export control or sanctions laws.
- Acceptance of verification and consequences. The Service is entitled to review access suspected of originating from a restricted region or of involving circumvention. If it is discovered that you have accessed the Service from a restricted region, made a false declaration, or evaded regional restrictions through technical means, the Service is entitled to immediately suspend or terminate your account, and any remaining account balance will not be refunded under such circumstances; you bear all consequences arising therefrom.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfer and Consent
To ensure the availability and performance of the Service, the servers and infrastructure supporting the Service may be deployed across multiple countries or regions, and calls to upstream models may be completed in different jurisdictions. As a result, the content of your requests, call metadata, and related data may be transferred, stored, and processed across jurisdictional boundaries during processing.
You understand and agree that: use of the Service constitutes your consent to the cross-border transfer and processing of the data described above. The Service will adopt reasonable and appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect data security; however, to the extent permitted by law, we do not bear liability, beyond what applicable law requires, for consequences arising from differences in the laws of different jurisdictions. If you have specific compliance requirements regarding the location or manner of data processing, please contact us for an assessment before using the Service.
7. Amendment and Enforcement of This Policy
- Sanctions lists, export control requirements, upstream provider policies, payment channel conditions, and applicable law may be updated from time to time. We may revise this Policy at any time, and the revised version will take effect upon publication on our official website. Please review the latest version of this Policy periodically; your continued use of the Service after a change to the Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
- We may, based on compliance, security, or operational needs, impose access restrictions, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination with respect to specific regions or users, without prior notice.
- Our not having actively restricted a particular region does not constitute an acknowledgment or guarantee of the legality or availability of the Service in that region; you at all times bear sole responsibility for the compliance of your use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer

Fyoulink API Service-Specific Terms
Applicable Entity: Fyoulink API (hereinafter "Fyoulink," "this Service," or "we")
Official Website: https://www.fyoulink.com API Base URL: https://www.fyoulink.com/v1
Effective Date: 2026-07-18
1. Overview
1.1 These Service-Specific Terms (hereinafter "these Terms") set out supplementary provisions concerning the additional operational requirements, technical prerequisites, and dependencies on upstream providers associated with specific features, interfaces, or service modules of Fyoulink. These Terms apply to any use of the relevant features of this Service.
1.2 These Terms form part of, and a supplement to, the underlying agreements between you and Fyoulink governing this Service — including the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy — and do not replace them. By registering for, accessing, or invoking this Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use this Service.
1.3 In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail. With respect to the specific features covered by these Terms, if there is any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service or other general agreements, these Terms shall govern as to matters within the scope of that feature, except where otherwise mandated by applicable law. Matters not specifically addressed in these Terms remain governed by the underlying agreements.
1.4 Service Positioning and Disclaimer. Fyoulink is an independently operated, third-party AI model API relay/aggregation forwarding service that provides developers and enterprise users with API access to models in the Claude family and others. This Service offers both an Anthropic-native format (POST https://www.fyoulink.com/v1/messages) and an OpenAI-compatible format (POST https://www.fyoulink.com/v1/chat/completions), supports authentication using API keys beginning with sk-, and supports an ultra-long context window of up to 1M (one million) tokens.
- Fyoulink has no affiliation, authorization, agency, partnership, or endorsement relationship whatsoever with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other model provider. Any names, marks, or trademarks appearing herein (such as "Claude" or "Anthropic") are used solely to objectively identify the models being forwarded and to describe interface interoperability; ownership of such marks rests with their respective rights holders.
- When using this Service and any model output, you must independently comply with Anthropic's official usage policies, any other applicable policies of upstream providers, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- This Service and its model outputs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Fyoulink makes no express or implied warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, continuity, or non-infringement.
2. Teams and Administrator Privileges
2.1 If you use this Service as part of a team, organization, or enterprise, the team administrator(s) (hereinafter "Administrator(s)") may centrally manage the workspace(s) under their control, including but not limited to: adding or removing members; creating and revoking API Keys (prefixed with sk-); assigning and adjusting quotas and concurrency allowances; configuring billing and top-ups; and viewing usage records and call logs.
2.2 Actions taken by an Administrator are binding on all members of their workspace and may constitute binding billing and configuration decisions on behalf of the team. As a team customer, you are responsible for clearly informing members, before they begin using the Service, that Administrators are entitled to access, review, and manage activity data within that workspace (including call records and usage statistics).
2.3 Consequences arising from Administrator actions (such as mistaken deletion of a Key, quota adjustments, or suspension of member privileges) shall be borne and resolved internally by the team customer. Fyoulink does not intervene in internal disputes within a team regarding privileges or costs.
3. Beta and Experimental Features
3.1 We may, from time to time, offer features, models, interfaces, or context capabilities labeled "Beta," "Preview," "Experimental," or similar (such as ultra-long-context beta headers or new format support) for early access or feedback purposes.
3.2 Experimental features are provided "as-is," may be incomplete, may contain defects, may exhibit unpredictable performance, and may produce unexpected results, and may be changed, restricted, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Related documentation, parameters, rate-limiting policies, and billing arrangements may change accordingly.
3.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, experimental features should not be used for mission-critical or production purposes. Their billing rules, limits, and availability may differ from, and may be described separately from, generally available features. By choosing to use an experimental feature, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
4. Routing and Upstream Dependencies
4.1 The core of Fyoulink is hosted request forwarding: your requests are forwarded by Fyoulink to, and processed by, one or more upstream model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, monitoring and security vendors, and other third parties. The availability, latency, pricing, and actual behavior of the Service are, to a significant extent, influenced by these third parties.
4.2 Because this Service depends on upstream providers, the following elements may change as a result of upstream releases, iterations, deprecations, or adjustments, without individual prior notice:
- Model names and versions: The naming, versioning, or availability of upstream models may change, be deprecated, be retired, or be newly introduced, and the list of models available through Fyoulink will be added to or changed accordingly;
- Context length: This Service currently supports a context window of up to 1M tokens; however, the actual available limit is subject to upstream capability and the model selected, and may be adjusted;
- Rate limiting and quotas: Rate limits, maximum concurrency, and quota policies (see Section 5 for details);
- Output format and interface behavior: The response structure, fields, or default parameters of the
/v1/messages and /v1/chat/completions interfaces may change as upstream specifications evolve.
4.3 In the event of upstream outages, rate limiting, maintenance, policy changes, or unavailability, Fyoulink may, without prior notice, change internal routing, switch supply channels, or temporarily degrade the Service in an effort to maintain overall availability. Such adjustments may cause differences in latency, behavior, or results and shall not be deemed a breach by Fyoulink.
4.4 When integrating, please avoid hard-coding your business logic to a single model identifier; we recommend adopting a configurable model-selection strategy to allow smooth switching. When using forwarded models, you must also comply with the respective usage terms and policies of the relevant upstream providers. You are solely responsible for any account restrictions, request denials, or other consequences resulting from your violation of upstream policies.
5. API Limits and Data Retention
5.1 Usage Limits. Your use of this Service is subject to the following mechanisms: rate limits (RPM/RPS); token throughput limits (TPM); call quotas; a model allowlist (only models that have been enabled/are supported may be called); account health checks; anti-abuse measures; and balance-based billing limits. The default maximum concurrency is 5, which may be adjusted according to plan tier or by contacting customer support for an evaluation of a higher limit.
5.2 When a request exceeds an applicable limit, this Service may return a corresponding error status (such as HTTP 429) or may queue or throttle the request. We recommend that you implement exponential backoff and retry logic on the client side. We reserve the right to tighten restrictions on, or even suspend calls from, an affected account or Key upon detecting abnormal traffic, suspected abuse, or behavior that threatens stability.
5.3 Data and Log Retention. For the purposes of billing reconciliation, security assurance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, compliance, and improving service reliability, Fyoulink records and retains call logs and usage records (such as timestamps, account/Key identifiers, model used, token usage, status codes, source IP, and error information) to the extent necessary, and may, where necessary, retain request/response content to a limited extent for issue diagnosis and abuse investigation.
5.4 The categories, purposes, retention periods, and your rights with respect to retained data are governed by Fyoulink's Privacy Policy and shall be used solely for the legitimate purposes described above. In the event of any conflict between this Section and the Privacy Policy regarding data processing matters, the Privacy Policy shall control. Please do not submit, in your requests, any sensitive data that you are not authorized to process or that you do not wish to be processed by upstream providers.
6. Service Levels
6.1 Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Fyoulink, this Service does not provide any legally binding Service Level Agreement (SLA). All availability targets, maintenance windows, support response times, and incident handling are provided on a "commercially reasonable efforts" basis and may vary by plan tier.
6.2 Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Because this Service depends on upstream providers and third-party infrastructure, availability and performance may fluctuate, degrade, or become temporarily unavailable. Fyoulink does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific latency or throughput.
6.3 We may suspend or restrict the Service due to system upgrades, maintenance, capacity expansion, security remediation, or response to unforeseen incidents. For planned maintenance, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the official website, dashboard, or email, and will endeavor to schedule such maintenance during off-peak periods; for emergency maintenance or unforeseen incidents, advance notice may not be possible. The duration of maintenance windows and specific priority-support entitlements depend on the plan you have subscribed to.
7. Pricing and Rate Adjustments
7.1 Billing Basis. This Service operates on a prepaid, top-up, usage-based billing model. The top-up ratio is 1 RMB = 1 USD of credit; the model rate multiplier is 1:1, consistent with official upstream pricing. Fees are calculated based on token usage (input tokens plus output tokens) and are deducted from your account balance in real time or near-real time. Unit prices may differ across models and are governed by the pricing published on the official website or dashboard.
7.2 Adjustment Mechanism. Because the pricing of this Service is linked to official upstream pricing as well as exchange rates, costs, and other factors, we reserve the right to adjust the top-up ratio, model rate multipliers, unit prices, plan structures, and limits. For adjustments with a material impact, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the official website, dashboard, or email.
7.3 Adjustments apply to usage occurring on or after the effective date specified in the published notice and do not apply retroactively to fees already settled. If you do not accept an adjustment, you may cease using the Service before it takes effect and handle any remaining balance in accordance with Section 8. Continued use of the Service after an adjustment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the adjusted pricing.
8. Account Credit, Expiration, and Refunds
8.1 Nature of Credit and Suspension. Credit obtained through top-up is prepaid service-usage credit that may only be used to offset usage of this Service. It does not constitute a monetary deposit, does not accrue interest, and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash (except as otherwise mandated by law). When the account balance is insufficient to support further calls, this Service will suspend calls until a top-up is completed; any interruption resulting from an insufficient balance shall not be deemed a breach by Fyoulink. Please monitor your balance and set appropriate alerts.
8.2 Expiration and Invalidation. Top-up credit may be subject to a validity period or an inactivity period, as specified on the top-up page or in the relevant plan description. Credit that expires or has been inactive for an extended period may become invalid according to published rules, and we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice prior to such invalidation.
8.3 Refunds. Credit that has already been consumed (i.e., for which an actual call and deduction has occurred) is non-refundable. As for unconsumed top-up balances, refunds are, as a general matter, not supported, except where mandated by law or otherwise set out in a refund policy we separately publish. Should special circumstances genuinely warrant it, please contact us at email@fyoulink.com for a case-by-case evaluation. Where an account is suspended or terminated due to your violation of these Terms or related policies, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
8.4 Usage and fees arising from causes attributable to you (such as Key leakage, misuse, integration defects, or duplicate calls resulting from a failure to implement backoff and retry logic) are your sole responsibility and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fyoulink shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, error, or failure to perform the Service caused by force majeure or events beyond Fyoulink's reasonable control. Such events include, without limitation: natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental action or changes in laws, regulations, or regulatory policy, power or large-scale network outages, infrastructure or data-center failures, and failures, rate limiting, service suspension, bans, retirement, pricing changes, or policy adjustments on the part of upstream model providers or other third-party services.
9.2 Upon the occurrence of any such event, Fyoulink will take reasonable measures to mitigate the impact and use reasonable efforts to restore the Service, and may accordingly suspend, restrict, or adjust the Service until the relevant circumstances are resolved, without thereby incurring any liability for damages or compensation.
10. Changes to These Terms
10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or upstream policies. Updated Terms will be published on the official website and will take effect as of the effective date specified in that publication.
10.2 For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through an appropriate channel (a notice on the official website, a dashboard notification, or email). Your continued access to or use of this Service after a change takes effect constitutes your having read and accepted the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service. We recommend that you periodically review the latest version of these Terms.
